The working principle of the manual band saw splitter is mainly based on the following aspects:
　 Mechanical Transmission Principle: The manual band saw splitter is usually driven by human power. It utilizes a mechanical structure to convert human power into the movement of the saw blade. Generally, there is a handle. When the operator shakes or pushes the handle, the transmission mechanism (such as gears, chains, connecting rods, etc.) connected to the handle will transmit the circular or linear motion of the handle to the saw blade, enabling the saw blade to move in a cutting motion according to a certain trajectory and speed.
　 Cutting Principle: The saw blade of the band saw splitter has many saw teeth, and these saw teeth have specific shapes and angles. When the saw blade comes into contact with materials such as wood under the drive of power, the saw teeth will embed into the surface of the material like small blades. As the saw blade continues to move, the saw teeth will continuously cut the material, gradually cutting it open. The shape, size, density of the saw teeth, as well as the design of angles such as the rake angle and clearance angle of the saw teeth, directly affect the cutting efficiency and quality.
　 Angle Adjustment Principle: The manual band saw splitter can generally adjust the cutting angle of the saw blade, usually within the range of 0-45°. This is achieved through some angle adjustment mechanisms. For example, by using a rotating or sliding angle adjustment device, the relative angle between the saw blade and the material to be cut can be changed to meet different cutting requirements, such as bevel cutting and side cutting.
　 Swaging Principle: In order to prevent the saw blade from being clamped during the cutting process, the manual band saw splitter also has a swaging function. During the cutting process of the saw blade, the swaging device will push the materials on both sides of the saw blade to the two sides, making the width of the saw kerf cut by the saw blade larger than the thickness of the saw blade itself. Returns & Exchanges

▲ All  returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be  in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with  the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
